Białko konopne jest wysokiej jakości źródłem białka z uwagi na wysoką strawność. A wiadomo, że im lepiej jest trawione białko, tym  skuteczniej może być wykorzystane przez ciało. 1

Nasiona konopi nie zawierają glutenu czyli mamy białko bezglutenowe, a do tego sycące na długi czas!!

Tak jak białko jest istotnym składnikiem do regeneracji i budowy mięśni, konieczne są też do tego kwasy tłuszczowe : Omega-3 i omega-6

Białko konopne ma idealny stosunek kwasów Omega 3 do Omega 6 czyli 3:1.

Poza tym do regeneracji po treningu organizm potrzebuje witamin, minerałów, enzymów i wiele innych składników odżywczych –  wszystkie znajdziemy w białku konopnym.

Ważne jest jeszcze to, że to źródło białka jest:

białkiem pełnowartościowym to znaczy zawierającym wszystkie aminokwasy egzogenne (te, które musimy dostarczać wraz z pożywieniem).

OK, to po co jeszcze do dawać Matcha ?

Otóż dlatego, że jedna łyżeczka Matcha (zielona herbata) zapewnia ponad 5 razy większą ilość przeciwutleniaczy niż jakakolwiek inna żywność!!!

Matcha ma najwyższy współczynnik absorpcji rodników tlenowych (ORAC).

Mało tego Matcha zawiera przeciwutleniacze zwane katechinami czyli najsilniejsze wśród antyoksydantów.

Jedna konkretna katechina zwana galusanem epigallokatechiny (EGCg) stanowi 60% katechiny w Matcha. EGCg to polifenol o najsilniejszym działaniu przeciwutleniającym.2

I wreszcie trzeci ważny składnik przepisu poniżej to ANANAS.

A dokładniej zawarta w nim bromelaina. Jest to enzym, który jest silnym środkiem przeciwzapalnym, który wspomaga gojenie tkanek oraz  łagodzi bóle i opuchliznę. Ponadto bromelaina rozkłada i ścina białko.

TU WAŻNE: jest ona wyjątkiem wśród enzymów rozkładających białka, ponieważ przechodzi nierozłożona przez przewód pokarmowy. Przyswajana przez organizm jest w pierwotnej postaci.

Poniżej przepis na posiłek doskonały po treningu i nie tylko.

SKŁADNIKI:

1 łyżeczka herbaty Matcha

1 łyżeczka białka konopnego

1 łyżeczka ziaren siemienia lnianego

1 banan

1-2 ziarna kakaowca

2 plastry ananasa

3 śliwki węgierki (mogą być inne owoce np. garść malin)

1 Szklanka jogurtu naturalnego ( u mnie domowej roboty)

PRZYGOTOWANIE:

posiłek po treningu

1. Plastry ananasa kroimy w kostkę i dzielimy na dwie części.

2. Śliwki robimy tak samo jak z ananasem.

3. Jedną część śliwek i ananasa wrzucamy do miseczki.

4. Do blendera wlewamy jogurt i wrzucamy:

  • drugą część pokrojonego ananasa i śliwek,
  • banana,
  • ziarna kakaowca i siemienia lnianego.
  • matche i białko konopne,

5. Wyżej wymienione składniki blendujemy.

6. Zawartość blendera przelewamy do miseczki z owocami.
